CEJ Analytics & Consulting LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) is the owner and operator of cesarsportsbets.com and cej-consulting.com and any affiliated websites (“Services”). We are a Florida-registered limited liability company providing sports data analytics, statistical research, and performance consulting services.

Not a Gambling Service

We are not a gambling service, we do not take or place bets, and we do not recommend or encourage illegal gambling. Instead, we offer information, data analytics, and statistical opinions about sporting events and performance metrics. Limitation of Liability

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT CEJ ANALYTICS & CONSULTING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES.

Confidentiality

The analytical outputs, statistical models, and other information provided through our subscription packages are confidential and subject to trade secret protection. You agree not to disclose, sell, post, or otherwise transfer this information to third parties and further agree not to use this information to compete with CEJ Analytics & Consulting LLC in any manner.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida. Any disputes must be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Service Description

CEJ Analytics & Consulting provides data analysis and strategic consulting services for informational and strategic purposes only. Our services are 100% informational and do not involve handling of funds or financial transactions on behalf of clients.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Service Availability
